Mahindra Insurance Brokers Limited (‘MIBL’), is deeply committed to ensure that we provide a corruption free environment. In recent months, we have taken several important steps and have updated our internal policies and reporting mechanism too.
As a result, we are pleased to announce that we have launched an Ethics Helpline. This initiative will focus on providing an ethical, transparent, safe and secure work environment at MIBL, while dealing with internal people as well as with external parties.
This initiative will be managed by KPMG as an independent third party service provider to assist our employees/third party vendor or supplier to report their concerns in full confidence.
The helpline will serve as an avenue for internal employees to ‘blow the whistle’ in case they come across any unethical or fraudulent activity happening in the organization. The company has taken this initiative to encourage and promote transparency at workplace.
This mechanism can also be used by any third party supplier/vendor as an avenue to report incidents related to illegal or unethical activities while dealing with MIBL, without any fear of victimization or retaliation.
We would like to encourage every concern person to come forward and report any unethical or illegal activities which are affecting him/her while dealing with our company. We are very committed to act on genuine complaints and take these matters seriously. The company has taken this initiative to encourage and promote transparency at workplace.
