Qualifications: |
Graduate/Engineer in any
stream with a
post graduation - MBA (Finance)
and/or
having cleared C.I.I. (London)/
F.I.I.I. |

|
| Experience: |
Should
have worked within a Reinsurance
Department of an insurance company
or with a Reinsurance Broking
company of repute with minimum
of 10 to 12 years experience of
working in the Reinsurance Markets
independently. Should possess
sound knowledge of international
Reinsurance markets and treaties,
placements of risks with Reinsurers.

Strategic focus coupled
with excellent communication, analytical
and negotiation skills. Should have
good interpersonal relationship

Job
Profile: |

Provide
strategic direction in setting up
and managing the Reinsurance business
of the Company

Collate
and analyze market intelligence and
advise the management on various business/marketing
strategies

Liaise
with reinsurance companies for designing
and developing appropriate solutions
for customers

Network
with various IRDA, reinsurance and
insurance companies
