Assisting
Business Head in managing the Non-Life
insurance business
-
Overall
Responsibility for managing the Non-Life
insurance business in the allocated
State/s
-
Building
& Managing team of Customer Support-Officers/Trainees
in terms of coordination, motivation
for delivering high Performance
-
Developing
local level relationship with all
the insurance companies in the allocated
State/s
-
Coordinating
with and pursuing branches of Mahindra
& Mahindra Financial Services
Ltd. (MMFSL) to increase the take-
up of motor insurance business
-
Coordinating
with and pursuing dealers (M&M/Non
M&M) for tie up for the Non-Life
insurance business
-
Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly
performance reviews of the performance
of MIBL field staff and update Business
Head regularly on the same
-
Periodic
feedback from the Customers/MIBL field
staff regarding the new product/s/
processes to be launched/improved
-
Maintaining
Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly MIS
of the Business generated and Claims
of the allocated State/s and update
Business Head regularly on the same
-
Coordinating
with insurance companies/MMFSL branches/MIBL
field staff/Customers for quick settlement
of claims
-
Ensuring
that all the pre-requisite documents
of the allocated State/s required
for Booking the business are sent
well in time to MIBL Head Office
-
Ensuring
that the business in the allocated
State/s is carried out as per legal
framework laid out by IRDA
-
Provide
efficient and prompt Customer Service
